Thank you for considering the purchase of a WHMCS license from our company. We kindly request that you review the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

License Types

We offer two types of WHMCS licenses:

1. Verified License: When you purchase a verified WHMCS license, your domain will display the message, "This domain is authorized to be using WHMCS," on the WHMCS license checker.
2. Non-Verified License: A non-verified WHMCS license will not display the aforementioned authorization message.

Ordering Process

For both license types, you will need to provide the domain or subdomain name where WHMCS is installed or will be installed during the order process.

• Verified Licenses: Activation typically occurs within 12 hours of order placement. In rare cases, delays may occur, and we will notify you via a support ticket.
• Non-Verified Licenses: These licenses are activated immediately, with no waiting period.

License Hosting and Support

Our verified WHMCS licenses are managed through our internal licensing system and hosted on our servers using a custom domain. You are not required to host your domain or subdomain on our servers; only the domain name you provide is needed for licensing purposes.

Please note:

• Verified Licenses: These licenses do not include official WHMCS support. For licensing-related inquiries, contact our team. If official WHMCS support is required, an additional fee of $4.95/month will be added to your invoice.
• Non-Verified Licenses: No official WHMCS support is included.

License Commitment

Verified WHMCS licenses require a minimum commitment of 12 billing cycles. Cancellation before completing 12 months will result in account closure and a permanent ban on the associated domain. This policy also applies if you fail to renew your license for the full 12-month period.

Support Policy

Our team provides dedicated support for both verified and non-verified licenses. Under no circumstances should you contact WHMCS directly for support. If you do, and we are notified, your license will be suspended, and a non-negotiable $15.00 unsuspension fee will be required to restore access.

Installation Instructions

To install your WHMCS license:

1. Insert the provided WHMCS license key (available in our client portal) into the configuration.php file of your WHMCS installation.
2. Upload a specific file to the crons directory of your WHMCS installation.
3. Configure a cron job to run this file automatically, enabling validation with our licensing server.

Important Warning

Any attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with our licensing system files will result in immediate termination of your WHMCS license without a refund. Additionally, your account will be closed, and the associated domain will be permanently banned.
