Dear Customer,
We regret to inform you that our BDIX network services have experienced repeated interruptions over the past few days.
Our upstream network is currently experiencing sustained Layer 3/Layer 4 DDoS attacks, generating abnormally high traffic volumes that saturate network capacity and trigger automated protection mechanisms. These safeguards temporarily withdraw routes to protect core infrastructure, which is why services may briefly be restored and then become unreachable again.
Current Network Impact
• Traffic saturation is causing route instability
• Automated mitigation triggering temporary route withdrawal
• Intermittent accessibility during attack waves
Mitigation Actions in Progress
✓ Upstream coordination for traffic filtering and mitigation
✓ Deployment of enhanced DDoS protection policies
✓ Migration to new IP allocations with clean routing paths
✓ Network hardening to prevent recurrence
Our Network Operations team is working continuously with upstream providers to stabilize connectivity and restore full service reliability as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience and understanding while permanent mitigation measures are implemented.
Regards,
Network Operations Center (NOC)
